THE ROLE<\/h5>\n
We are looking for a UX\/UI Product Designer who will work as part of a small close-knit design team supporting our broader engineering team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced UX\/UI Product Designer to be part of a team developing a truly innovative and high potential technology service.<\/div>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h5>\n

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with other designers and engineers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
    \n
      \n
    • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
      \n
        \n
      • Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
        Working with others<\/h6>\n
        \n
          \n
        • Give and solicit feedback from other team members in order to continually raise our bar for quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
          \n
            \n
          • Partner with multi-functional teams to oversee the user experience of a product from conception through to launch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
            \n
              \n
            • Prepare and present to internal teams and key stakeholders and contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the product and executive teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
              QUALIFICATIONS<\/h5>\n

              • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
                  \n
                    \n
                  • Very strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
                    Experience<\/h6>\n

                      \n
                    • UI\/UX design experience with a portfolio of design projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
                      Languages<\/h6>\n

                      • English a must<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                        • Other Chinese languages a plus, but not a requirement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
                          Education<\/h6>\n

                          • University degree or equivalent professional apprenticeship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
                            Compensation<\/h6>\n
                            Compensation will be very competitive with market, including base, a discretionary bonus based on broader performance, and benefits (e.g., stock options, additional leave)<\/div>\n
