THE ROLE<\/h5>\n
We are looking for a Software Automation Tester who will work in our close-knit Nepal development team as part of our broader engineering team working from the Hong Kong Zegal office. This is a unique opportunity for a junior software developer to be part of a team developing a truly innovative and high potential technology service.<\/div>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h5>\n

  • Keeping our automation test suite up to date with the current state of all our web applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
    \n
      \n
    • Management of defects and bugs within our issue management software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
      \n
        \n
      • Documentation of process improvements regarding best practices in testing and automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

        QUALIFICATIONS<\/h5>\n
        Skills<\/h6>\n

          \n
        • Selenium (preferably node.js), SOAPUI, or other open source testing tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
          \n
            \n
          • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to pay attention to every detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
            \n
              \n
            • Linux proficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

              • Bash skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                  \n
                • Strong knowledge of QA strategies and methodologies at the various levels of testing (e.g. smoke testing, regression testing, functional and non-functional testing).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                  • Experience testing with different web browsers is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                    • Ability to work with others in a fast paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
