What is a Moral Rights Consent?
A Moral Rights Consent form is to be completed by a founder who is transferring his or her intellectual property rights to the company, as part of the Intellectual Property Rights Assignment.
This form should correspond with the Assignment of Intellectual Property Rights document, which should be created first.
Please note: This form is to be executed as a deed and so cannot be e-signed. The form will need to be printed off and signed physically.
Also, please print the name of the founder, as well as the date on which they sign.
