Effective Tips for a Recommendation Letter

Sound authentic: While recommendation letters speak of a persons strength and skills, they should sound authentic, it should sound like it has come from experience and a personal space and shouldn’t give a copy pasted feel.

Be specific: It could be tempting to speak of a person’s numerous qualities while writing a recommendation letter, and whilst it isn’t something to back from, make sure that you speak of a few certain skills specifically with example and compare it how the person might perform in a real life scenario.

Make it concise: Do not exceed a page and keep things to the point. Be descriptive but only mention what is crucial to make the point.
