ToggleWhat are my options?
1. Create a Consultancy Agreement
2. Draft a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
3. Issue a Supply of Services Agreement
Here are the options:
Option 1. Create a Consultancy Agreement
If the contract is with one person for their B2B services, you will use a Consultancy Agreement. This is a contract by which a company engages a consultant to provide services as an independent contractor.

Option 2. Draft a Master Services Agreement
A master services agreement is a contract that spells out the general terms between a supplier of service and a customer, followed by a statement of work for agreed services.
A statement of work (SOW) is a part of the Master Services Agreement. It is a formal document outlining the specific work to be executed by a supplier of service for a customer and puts into writing the work activities, the deliverables, and the timeline for work to be accomplished.

Option 3. Issue a Supply of Services Agreement
A Supply of Services Agreement is a contract between a supplier and a customer for the provision of specified services.
If you’d prefer a short form of this agreement, you can use a Supply of Services Contract, which is a short-form contract between a service provider and a customer for the provision of services.
If you want a shorter, more succinct version, you can use a Sale of Goods Contract.
