The Professional plan is the plan for your org if you want to use document automation for your own frequently used templates. For each template you would like to automate, Zegal will create a Document Builder questionnaire that your team can then use to quickly create, approve and e-Sign that document. There is no limit to the complexity or length of agreements we can support!
End-to-end document creation workflow
Create a first draft using our Document Builder questionnaire, then switch to in-app Editor mode for any bespoke changes you need. Securely invite commentors and reviewers to chat through proposed changes. We will track each change as a new version and automatically create a contract redline. When you’re happy with the contract, finalise and e-Sign. All without ever leaving the app.
Contract lifecycle management
Securely store agreements in your cloud team drives. We integrate directly with MS OneDrive or Google Drive, so contracts that are created by your teams are automatically synced to the appropriate team drive. Track contract expiry dates and receive alerts automatically when you need to renew or create a new contract.
