The Lite Plan is designed to be used by very small businesses so this plan is limited to just one user, but that doesn’t mean you can’t invite colleagues or counterparties to view, comment, or e-Sign documents. They just can’t create documents. Only you can do that. If you need more people in your team to use Zegal, you should look at our Standard and Professional plans.
Create 2 documents per month from our library of 1000+ templates
Smaller businesses don’t tend to need quite so many legal agreements each month. The Lite plan, just as it sounds is perfect for light users. It represents fantastic value vs using our pay-as-you-go service. You can create and e-Sign up to 2 documents each month if you pay monthly, or 24 documents in any year (at any time), if you choose to pay annually.
Build, edit and e-Sign documents from your browser
As a Lite subscriber, you can choose any template from your home country library, and create a highly personalised contract that is favourable to you using our Document Builder (by just answering simple questions about you and the facts of your situation). You can make unlimited edits, add other people to comment on the document and e-Sign the contract all directly from your browser.
Store and share your documents as PDFs
We create a PDF copy of all the documents you create on Zegal. They are stored in your Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive if you choose to sync your cloud drives, or you can download them to your laptop if you need to. You can also share them securely using shareable links to anyone who needs a copy. If you need to use files in DocX format for any reason, this is a feature of our Professional Plan.
What does Zegal do?
Zegal provides businesses with end-to-end legal document creation, collaboration, e-signing and cloud storage in one platform. You can use Zegal on your own or in your team. Our innovative Document Builder and huge contract template library means you can create entirely personalised contracts (that are in your favour) by simply answering a short Q&A quiz.
How much does Zegal cost?
You can pay as you go, paying for each legal template you use on Zegal, or by paying for our bespoke drafting service. Or you can subscribe to a plan. We have three plans: Lite, Standard and Professional.
Trial run Zegal for free for 7 days. During that time you can evaluate a number of free legal templates and get a feel for using the Document Builder, editor and e-Signatures and all of the platform’s collaboration functionality. You can also connect your cloud drive (Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive). If you like the platform after that time , you can decide on a plan or simply pay as you go.
Can I get contracts reviewed by a lawyer on Zegal?
Yes you can. This is a paid service. The price is indicated in the app next to the document you would like reviewing. It is always a fixed price and includes a 30 minute consultation and 2 revisions of your contract. It’s a very useful service for contracts that are more complex or that you’re not so familiar with.
