The Ledgen scope of payroll services includes:
- Maintaining the payroll file for each employee of the Company
- Computation of net salary and mandatory contribution to Singapore government authority
- Salary disbursement bank file
- Provision of electronic pay advices
- Generate payroll reports on a monthly basis for management’s review
- Preparation of year end IR8A and IR8S (hardcopy) and Notice to File Employment
- Income of Employees Electronically (electronic copy)

HR administration
If required, Ledgen can also provide HR administration services such as the following:
- Drafting of employment contract
- Handling of ad hoc childcare claim, NS claim and maternity leave claim
- E-leave management
- E-claims management
- Registration of CPF submission number (CSN)

Note: Ledgen service fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars. These fees exclude the applicable Goods & Services Tax, disbursement (printing, photocopying, mailing etc.) and reimbursement costs.
Payment terms
Payment term: Payable within 30 days upon presentation of invoices
Ledgen services shall remain in force for a minimum of one (1) year and thereafter, renewal on annual basis until giving three (3) months’ notice of termination by either party.
Upfront payment is required to be made by the Client (refer as “Client“) for software subscription and one-time implementation fees. Ledgen will assist to facilitate the payment to software vendor after receiving the amounts from Client. These fees are non-refundable should Client terminate the payroll services less than a year as the software vendor requires a minimum 12-month subscription period for the first year of services, thereafter Client has the option to subscribe on a monthly basis. The implementation services will commence after software subscriptions has been made by Client.
All other monthly payroll related services fees will be payable at the beginning of each month.
Ledgen services will commence after the signing of the Engagement Letter. In the event that Client terminates the contract, due to reasons unrelated to the service level performance of Ledgen, the agreed fee for Ledgen’s services shall remain repayable in full to Ledgen.
