Why should we use Zegal?

Zegal provides end-to-end legal document creation, collaboration, e-signing and cloud storage in one platform. Workflows are pre-designed to enable non-lawyers to build complex agreements without prior experience. Zegal can be used by single users or teams. You can use it with lawyers or on your own.

How much does Zegal cost?

Because you have an IOD membership, you can use our legal workflow and template library for free for 6 months! You can create and sign up to 2 contracts each month on your free plan. If you need to create more documents, or you’d like to use some of our more complex platform features, like editing/versioning and legal redline, you can upgrade and you’ll get a special IOD member rate.

If it’s free, why are there discounts on Zegal plans?

Your Lite plan is free for 6 months. It is limited to one user in your businesss and you can create and e-Sign 2 legal contracts per month. If you need more users or you need to create or sign more contracts, you can upgrade to a paid plan. We will give you a special IOD members rate which is 10% off our regular pricing forever.

Can I get contracts reviewed by a lawyer on the platform?

Yes you can. This is a paid service. The price is indicated in the app next to the document you would like reviewing. It is always a fixed price and includes a 30 minute consultation and 2 revisions of your contract. It’s a very useful service for contracts that are more complex or that you’re not so familiar with.

Is my data safe in Zegal’s legal contracts?

Yes! Your documents are protected by SSL encryption, secure server infrastructure and identity verification, and we also sync directly to Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive so you can store all your sensitive data on your own drives as you do now.
