Overview of an Offer of Employment Letter (Binding)

An Offer of Employment Letter is an employment agreement between an employer and an employee. The binding version of this document is a formal agreement and can be the only employment agreement entered into between the parties.

Can you reject an offer after signing an offer letter?

While one can reject an offer after thinking about it first, it is a different scenario to reject it after signing the offer letter.  Legally, once you have signed an agreement, you could still be able to turn down the offer. However, this will depend on the contract and the company.
