An Email Footer and Disclaimer is a statement placed at the bottom of emails to highlight the confidentiality of the message to the recipient and also to disclaim liabilities relating to errors in transmission.

Emails containing an Email Footer and Disclaimer should include relevant information about the company, as well as confidentiality disclaimers and other information that might protect the sender and inform the receiver, including whether the company is industry or government regulated.

This Email Footer and Disclaimer can be used as a standard company email footer to ensure consistency across the business, regardless of job type or role.
