An Offer of Employment Letter is a letter to give a conditional offer of employment to a potential employee.

The Offer of Employment Letter summarises the terms of employment but does not contain employment terms in full.

A potential employee must accept the offer under the Offer of Employment Letter by the specified deadline. After acceptance, the employer and the employee must enter into a formal Employment Contract.
