The operating challenge
Generating the agreement was only half of the process.
At AIS scale, staff needed more than a way to merge student data into documents. Signed PDFs and completion status also had to return to iSAMS without creating another manual filing queue.

Read from iSAMS, complete the agreement, write the record back.
Zegal orchestrated the round trip: student data entered the agreement workflow from iSAMS, the document moved through completion, and the signed record and status returned to the appropriate student file.
Status updates
Completion can update the relevant enrollment status instead of waiting for manual reconciliation.
Microsoft Excel reporting
Auto-refreshing Excel views give teams a current picture of agreement progress.
Agreement changes
The same workflow supports new agreements, mid-year changes and fee updates.
