The operating challenge
Contract variations were difficult to track by hand.
Multiple student intakes generated a high volume of agreements and later changes. The issue was not using Excel as a controlled data source; it was manually tracking document variations and moving them through a disconnected signing process.

What was implemented
Microsoft Excel in, governed agreements and addendums out.
A master Excel list provides the structured source data. Zegal generates agreement cohorts, routes custom addendums and names and archives the completed documents in SharePoint.
